Condition is Very Good with no stains. The lower back chiffon of the skirt has a few pulls which I smoothed out with my hand and could probably do a better job by steaming. There is also one tiny little hole there about half the size of a dime. This could be mended with matching thread. None of these issues are obvious since they are lost in the folds of the skirt. I would be tempted to wear as is.
